Northern League Final League Table
Following a long and hard fought campaign which resulted in them winning an unprecedented fourth consecutive Northern League CBBA league title, the Benitachell Lions team rounded off a perfect season by winning the play-off game against Country Bowls the CBBA Southern League Champions. The Monte Mar Bowls Club hosted the final and the Lions had comfortable wins on three rinks with the other two rinks going down by a single shot. The Lions captain Jeff Richards was delighted for his side and congratulated the team for winning the prestigious trophy.
