The BBC welcomed the Irish National Bowls squad who are visiting the BBC as part of the Irish squad preparation for the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

The BBC together with bowlers from Javea Green and El CID provided opposition for the Irish squad on Tuesday 28th, and Thursday 30th November, the other 2 days the Irish team will be having their own practice sessions.

There was some excellent bowling on view over the 4 days and plenty of supporters from BBC and the other clubs created a lively atmosphere and gave good support to all of the bowlers
